What is an AI agent, and how is it different from ChatGPT?
A chat tool answers when you type. An agent works on its own: it answers your phone at night, writes the quote, files the invoice and follows up, then shows you what it did. It lives in your business, not in a browser tab.
Do we need new software?
No. Agents work inside the tools you already use: your phone number, WhatsApp, email, calendar, CRM and accounts package. You talk to them in the Claude app, WhatsApp or Teams.
Can it spend money or promise things without us?
Not unless you decide it can. Anything that commits money or makes a promise waits for your approval, and every action is logged.
How much does it cost?
A one-day audit is £450. Pilots start at £2,500, and running an agent starts at £350 a month with usage included up to a fair-use cap. Prices exclude VAT.
